Below are videos of Karate kata. Please note that our club may do things a little differently to how they are done in the videos (different timings etc) so use these videos for reference only.
To download the videos
In Internet Explorer Right-click on one of the links, select Save Target As ..., choose where you want to save the video and click the Save button.
In Firefox Right-click on one of the links and select Save Link As..., choose where you want to save the video and click the Save button.
In order to view the videos, you will need at least Windows Media Player 10 which you can download by clicking HERE.
