Pathways for Music, Arts & Culture
PMAC CIC was founded from lived experience of the lack of visible pathways, infrastructure and support for Pakistani, Muslim, South Asian and other underrepresented creatives.
Today, PMAC operates as Pathways for Music, Arts & Culture — a Bolton-based grassroots cultural organisation and social enterprise creating pathways into music, arts and culture through youth engagement, artist development, mentoring, workshops, performances, cultural participation and community programmes.
PMAC is open to all, rooted in community, and especially committed to ensuring that young people and emerging creatives who are often overlooked can access confidence, skills, networks and opportunities.
Our Vision
PMAC CIC is committed to building sustainable creative careers within the local community. We provide young people and emerging artists with the essential skills, guidance, and networking opportunities required to excel in the arts sector. Our focus is on championing diverse voices and ensuring that individuals from all backgrounds can lead, innovate, and contribute to our vibrant cultural landscape.
